Water Heating

Adjust water temperature to 100-110 degrees Fahrenehit, unless higher temperature is required for health/legal reasons.

Install insulation blanket on water heater.

Repair all leaks.

Install water-flow restrictors.

Insulate hot-water piping.

Install time-clocks on circulation pumps to prevent 24-hour operation.
