Express Efficiency Program (Southern California Gas Company)

This rebate program pays a fixed-dollar incentive on energy efficiency upgrades of qualifying energy-efficient or gas equipment for commercial, industrial and agricultural customers with a monthly demand of less than 500 KW. Qualifying energy-efficient equipment includes lighting, air-conditioning, refrigeration, food service, and other equipment.

Express Solutions Program (Southern California Edison)

offers business customers cash rebates to offset the cost of replacing or upgrading to high-efficiency equipment that can improve their facilities' energy efficiency.

Standard Performance Contract Program

Program provides incentives for a wide variety of equipment upgrades packaged into custom-designed energy savings retrofits of existing business facilities.

 

SPC Application Forms, Program Software, And Procedures Manual

Food Service or Kitchen Equipment Rebates (SoCalGas Only) Program provides streamlined rebates to those customers who install energy efficiency foodservice type equipment.  Rebate levels are from $3.00 to $10.00 per mbtuh.

Savings By Design (SCE and SoCalGas)

Provides project-specific design assistance and incentives to building owners and design teams for new construction (or major renovation) projects that exceed Title 24 (Energy Code) requirements by 10% or more.  Also provides education, training, and design tools. 

Self-Generation Incentive Program

Provides a cash incentives for installing your own, qualifying electricity generating equipment, including photovoltaics (30 kilowatts and larger), microturbines, internal-combustion engines, small gas turbines fuel cells and wind turbines.  Contact SoCalGas or SCE for more information or to view Self-Generation Incentive Program Handbook.

Commercial Summer Discount Plan

Program provides a credit on your bill when you allow SCE to periodically turn off, or "cycle," your air conditioner during the summer months. In general, periodic turn-offs only occur during times when statewide energy reserves are low. Contact SCE for more information.

 

Low Interest Energy Efficiency Retrofit Loans
