If there is a question, concern or dispute that relates to the VCREA program policies, rules or procedures, you are encouraged to first contact the VCREA Executive Director, Cheryl Collart (805) 289-3335 or cheryl.collart@ventura.org

The VCREA Executive Director will promptly evaluate the issue and seek to resolve your dispute consistent with program rules, policies and procedures pertaining to your specific request.

If you feel the matter has not been adequately resolved by the VCREA, you should contact Chauncy Tou, Southern California Gas Company at (213) 244-2823 or CTou@semprautilities.com and/or Scot Mann, Southern California Edison at (626) 815-5686 or scot.mann@sce.com.

Any customer not satisfied after seeking local resolution to an issue may contact the California Public Utilities Commission's Energy Division representative, Tim Drew, (415) 703-5618 or ZAP@cpuc.ca.gov.
